
In this program, we have 800-1000 calories, 90 grams or less carbs, 30 grams or less fat and 70 grams or more protein a day. To make sure our members can reach these numbers or not exceed them, we have divided them up into different plans. You choose which plan works best for you. You can switch plans daily as the plans have the same end of the day macro goals. You can eat anything you want, IF it fits the macro-parameter guidelines. (Found below)
