Everyone wants to achieve maximum health. For many of us this means getting our diet in order and losing weight. There are those fortunate few who can do it on their own with little to no guidance. They have the willpower, the know-how and the personal accountability to get them there. Then there is the rest of us! Those who need a little extra help. Perhaps some encouragement, accountability, or education. That little extra confidence and push to get there. If this sounds like you, you may want to consider getting personalized coaching. Let’s face it, there is no such thing as “one size fits all.” A healthy diet must be sustainable for life and for YOU! With coaching, you’ll receive access to a variety of meal plans, allowing you to select the options that best suit your needs each week. On the go? We have options! Want to eat more whole foods? We’ve got you covered! Each meal plan includes cooking instructions, a shopping list, (less stress at the grocery store!) as well as a swap options list to help tailor your plan.
There is no doubt that throughout this journey your goals will change. When your goals change your program may need adjusted, especially when it comes time to transition and begin reverse dieting. Through mentoring we will monitor your progress once a week to ensure we are mindful of anything that may stall or prevent your weight loss. This may include finding alternative ways to combat stress and triggers.
Accountability is the foundation of success. Our mentoring plan has clear accountability checkpoints. This will require weekly updates regarding your progress to ensure you are on pace to achieving your weight loss goals. This allows us to help you overcome obstacles and adjust so you can get right back on track.
We will create a weekly meal plan that fits your nutritional needs. We will assess your exercise and weight loss goals and work towards a plan that will fuel both. You will also be taught how to create your own meal plans and will be required to participate in your own success. Success can only happen when you have reached a point that you can read labels and create meals that will fuel your long-term maintenance goals.
We all have bad days and changing your lifestyle can be HARD. You will need support along the way, someone to give you that extra push or words of encouragement for those tough weeks ahead. Those in the coaching program have access to texting for help and join our dedicated Facebook community where we build each other up and push each other to succeed. I will be there to lift you up when you fall and will run along beside you as you strive to reach your goals!
All you need to do is report your stats and we will track it! It’s hard
to focus on weight loss and it can be challenging to track or recognize your own progress. We will keep a detailed file on each participant with a progress graph and request the participants take a before and after photo. We look forward to seeing those after pictures and may request updated photos along the way!
The goal here as your mentor is to teach. Teaching you how to do this on your own, transition to maintenance and stay on track for a life change is the primary focus. You will have access to a library of videos that can be viewed at your convenience, weekly Facebook Lives hosted by me where you can have live Q&A. These videos will help you better understand how to achieve your goals.
We strongly believe that to see real results, we must move our bodies daily. Starting at your level, with what you have, we request that you post daily under our “What exercise did you do today?” FB post to show your commitment to moving your body and moving that scale! Supplements may be recommended to ensure proper balance of electrolytes.
We are committed to helping you achieve success. If interested in joining the Mentorship program, then first, congratulations on being committed to starting something new! We live by “if you want to change your results, you have to change what you are doing.” Second, we ask that you carry that commitment to trying and keep it forefront. Commitment to tracking your progress, using the plans provided, trying new things and most importantly, learning the tools needed to succeed.

· To join the Beast Mode 90-day Challenge, you must be in Mentorship. Mentorship costs, $99 a month. So, for example, if you are in October Mentorship and sign up for Beast Mode, you should plan on committing to Mentorship for 3 months. If for any reason you must drop out of Mentorship, you will be removed from the Beast Mode Challenge.
· Because you would be in Mentorship, you would still have weigh ins every Monday. You would also comment your exercise of the day under our exercise post on the Facebook Mentorship page. The workout routine you choose is up to you.
· There are 3 phases in Beast Mode: Detox (weeks 1&2), The Program (weeks 3-10), and Transition (weeks 11 & 12). You will be provided with an allowed foods list for each phase, As you move to each phase, more foods will be allowed. You will be having 3 Power Meals and 2 Shakes in each phase. There are no meal plans, you plan your meals around the allowed foods. (There are more allowed foods in this program than the Fat Burn Blitz.)
· When you sign up for Beast Mode, you will have access to a private web page. This page will have Beast Mode phase guidelines, exclusive videos, recipes, etc.
· Beast Mode is a 90 day challenge.
· If you are in Mentorship or Transition and choose not to participate in the Beast Mode 90-day challenge, that is okay! Everything will remain as is!
Refund & Deferment Policy:
All refunds must be requested in writing to alexandrarealfood@outlook.com within 24 hours of monthly membership’s posted start date to be considered for a full refund.
Deferment of start date is an option if notified within 72 hours of monthly membership start date. This would allow member to select a future month to participate in instead of current month and is not a refund of payment. No refund will be given if the member had access to the Weight Loss with Real Food Mentorship Facebook page for any given amount of time.
If an exception is made for a member to join past enrollment closure, that it is for the remainder of the month paid.
